全校永續課程色環圖乃根據本校教師標註其開設課程與SDGs 的關聯統計結果。本校課程與SDGs 4、3、7、9 關聯性最高,其次為SDGs 17、16、8 等目標。

根據教師在其課程中所標註對應的SDGs,按照課程所屬的學院進行統計。不同的目標以不同顏色代表,顏色愈深代表這個學院在這個目標的課程越多。從光譜圖來分析,有以下幾個發現:

1.本校各學院的課程組成,均能涵蓋SDGs多個目標的內容。

2.本校課程對應SDGs 中,占比最高的是SDG 4,主要是由教育學院、理學院、科管院所開設。

3. 占比第二高的SDG 3,主要是由生科暨醫學院、清華學院所開設。

4. 占比第三高的 SDGs 7,主要是由理學院、工學院院、科管院所開設 。

5. 清華學院主要開設大學部共同課程,因此在各個不同的 SDGs 的涵蓋數量相對多。

Our Goals 永續學習目標與宗旨

In line with national development, social needs, and international trends, the University has gradually aligned its teaching with the United Nations' sustainable development goals in recent years, focusing on important issues such as climate change, research and development of clean energy, environmental education, and university social responsibility. In addition, we have integrated our faculty's expertise and educational resources across departments and colleges to create
several sustainability-related credit programs that we encourage all students to pursue.

 

In 2021, the University offered 1,372 sustainability-related courses, accounting for 24% of the University's 5,708 courses, demonstrating that National Tsing Hua University's curriculum design is gradually aligning with sustainability courses. In the future, we will continue encouraging departments to offer courses focusing on various sustainability goals. We will also prioritize supplementing Faculty Learning Community discussions on sustainability-related issues and
subsidizing courses aligned with various aspects of sustainability to nurture students to become talents with cross-disciplinary expertise to promote sustainable development.

隨著國家發展、社會需求及國際趨勢,本校教學近年來逐漸與聯合國永續發展目標對焦,重視氣候變遷、潔凈再生能源的研究發
展、環境教育、大學社會責任等重要議題,設立永續發展相關系所與研究中心。除此之外,更整合校內跨系所、跨學院師資專長
與教育資源,設立多個永續相關學分學程,鼓勵全校學生修習。


2022年本校開設 3,243 門永續相關課程,佔全校 6,143 門課程的 53 %,顯示清大課程設計已逐步與永續課程接軌。未來將持續鼓
勵學系開設面向各種不同永續發展目標的焦點課程;優先補助教師社群討論「永續發展」相關議題及優先補助課程符合「永續發展」各面向的課程,以培育學生成為具備跨領域專業能力推動永續發展的人才。

Through the learning of these sustainable courses, we expect to achieve the following learning outcomes:

(1) Holistic thinking: Analyze complex systems, recognize and understand the interrelationships of different elements.

(2) Value establishment: Think about the norms and values ​​behind the behavior. In the case of conflicts of interest and trade-offs, students can reflect on their own values, give appropriate assessments on the principles of sustainable development, and be clear about the role they can play locally and globally.

(3) Logical judgment: the ability to understand and judge multiple possible future trends, evaluate the consequences of actions and respond to risks.

(4) Teamwork: learn from others, understand and respect diversified viewpoints, and solve problems in a cooperative and participatory way.

(5) Problem-solving ability: integrate the above-mentioned abilities, build up their own values ​​and judgment ability with holistic thinking, and develop feasible, inclusive and fair solutions through teamwork to promote sustainable development.

透過這些永續核心與相關課程的學習,我們預期可以達到以下的學習成果:

(1)整體性思維:分析複雜系統、認識和理解不同元素的相互關係。

(2)價值觀建立:思考行為背後的規範和價值觀,出現利益衝突與取捨情況下,能夠反思自身價值觀、就永續發展的原則給予適當的評估,清楚自身於在地和全球可以發揮的作用。

(3)邏輯判斷:理解和判斷未來多種可能趨勢的能力,評估行動後果並應對風險。

(4)團隊合作:向他人學習、理解和尊重他人的觀點,以合作和參與的方式解決問題。

(5)解決問題能力:融入上述各種能力,以整體性思維建立自身價值觀與判斷能力,並藉由團隊合作制定可行、包容和公平的解決方案以促進永續發展。

Assessment of Sustainable Learning Outcomes

畢業生永續學習成果之評估

The Sustainable Development Agenda 2030, detailed in the United Nations Sustainable Development Agenda 2030, was formally adopted at the United Nations Sustainable Development Summit in September 2015. Replacing the Millennium Development Goals (MDGS) with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS) provides guidance for the global path to sustainable development beyond 2015. National Tsing Hua University also hopes that its graduates will learn the sustainability in their studies and regularly evaluate them to facilitate their sustainable operation and fulfill the university's purpose and mission to pursue the goals of top universities of excellence.

2015年9月聯合國(UN)可持續發展峰會正式通過了《2030年永續發展議程》,針對永續發展目標進行詳述。使永續發展目標取代了千禧年發展目標(MDGS),並為2015年後的全球永續發展道路提供了指導。清華大學也希望本校畢業學生能習得永續,並且能定期對學生進行評估,以利於永續運作,完成學校辦學宗旨與使命,以協助學校追求卓越頂尖大學的目標。

The SDG Sustainable Graduating Students Learning Feedback Questionnaire was developed by the Center for Institutional Research in 2021. The concept of sustainable development is receiving increasing attention, and the Center for Institutional Research has drawn on the "Educational For Sustainable Development Goals-Learning Objectives" literature to design questionnaires that are consistent with the university's sustainability goals and learning outcomes. The graduate review survey, conducted by university students from June to October 2021, included not only the full number of graduates but also the degree to which students achieved sustainable learning outcomes during their college years.

SDG永續文化相關問卷由清華大學校務研究中心於2021年開發。2021年有感於永續發展的理念日益受到重視,本校校務研究中心參考《Educational For Sustainable Development Goals-Learning Objectives》文獻,設計出與本校永續發展目標與學習成果相符合之問卷題目。本研究對象為2021年6月至10月所畢業的大學部學生,進行畢業生進行學習回顧調查,這份畢業生問卷不僅含括本校全數畢業生,以探究學生在大學期間所具備的永續學習成果(Sustainability Learning Outcomes)之達成程度。

Among the 17 SDGs, Goal 6 has the highest average score, which echoes the severe water shortage crisis that occurred in the summer of 2021 (graduation season) in Taiwan, allowing graduates to have a deep understanding of this issue. Goal 4 is also highly rated. Innovation and investment in courses are the core educational philosophy of NTHU. The high evaluation also shows that graduates recognize that quality education is critical to the sustainable development of society. The low scores of Goal 1 and Goal 2 reflect the common characteristics of our students: As one of the best universities in Taiwan, students who can admit and graduate have the advantages of social class and the advantages of job opportunities. The awareness and understanding of both poverty and hunger issues are relatively insufficient. In the future, NTHU should strengthen students' learning motivation from courses and activities. The low score of Goal 3 reflects the temporary uneasiness within the Taiwan society at the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak in June 2021, due to the ease of mind and neglect of prevention. The scores of the remaining Goals are roughly around 4.0, indicating that our graduates have a sufficient degree of understanding of SDGs.

長條圖為清華大學部畢業自永續核心系所學生的永續學習成果,每個題項1到5分,5分為滿分,分數代表填答者對該項目標的認知與學習。17項SDGs以Goal 6的平均分數最高,呼應台灣於2021年夏季(畢業季節)發生的嚴重缺水危機,讓畢業生們對此議題感同身受。同樣高評價的還有Goal 4,對課程的創新與投入是清華大學的核心教育理念,高評價也顯示畢業生認知到良好的教育對社會永續發展至為關鍵。Goal 1與Goal 2的分數偏低則反映了本校學生的共同特點:身為台灣的最佳大學之一,能夠錄取與畢業的學生具有社會階級的優勢、並具有工作機會的優勢,對貧窮與飢餓議題的認知與瞭解相對不足,本校未來應從課程與活動中加強學生的學習動機。Goal 3的評比分數偏低,反映了台灣在2021年6月COVID-19疫情爆發初期,台灣社會因安逸心態而疏於防範,一時造成的人心不安。其餘Goal的分數大致在4分上下,顯示本校畢業生對於SDGs皆具有充分程度的瞭解。

國立清華大學社會實踐優良教師獎勵辦法

中華民國111年 5 月 6 日 第九次永續發展委員會議通過

第一條 國立清華大學(以下簡稱本校)為獎勵教師以研究、教學活動進行社會實踐,促進區域永續發展,善盡大學社會責任,特訂定本辦法。 

第二條 本辦法獎勵對象為本校專、兼任教師。 

第三條 獲得獎勵之教師,應具備下列條件之一: 1、執行社會實踐相關的研究計畫,有具體成果。 2、聚焦區域永續發展議題,結合課程等學習活動,致使相關的利害關係者獲得正面的效益。 3、運用學術專業,協助區域解決永續發展問題、提升在地韌性,具有傑出表現。 

第四條 社會實踐優良教師之選拔,每學年辦理一次,獎勵名額以三名為原則。

第五條 選拔作業,依下列程序辦理: 1、 由各學院推薦人選;2、由本校永續長推薦人選。獲推薦人請填寫「國立清華大學社會實踐優良教師獎勵申請表」,併同有助於審查之相關資料於每年 9 月 30 日前送交區域創新中心彙整。 3、 由本校永續長召開領域相關的校內外專家七至九人組成審查委員會,於每年10月31日前完成選拔作業並公告獲選名單。

第六條  每位獲得獎勵之教師,致贈獎牌一面及獎金,並於公開場合表揚之。

第七條 本辦法經本校永續發展委員會通過後實施。 

111學年度申請者共16位,經評選最終5位老師脫穎而出
